  I've been going to Gencarelli's for a few months and never disappoints, great ambience and not only do I come here personally to eat Pizza, but also get delivery when I have family around. They also have other items that are great so make sure to try them. Will I be coming back here? Well, of course! Next time I'll be bringing my friends to enjoy a delightful meal

  We called for a pickup order & they told us it would be ready in 25-30 minutes. So we gave them 30 minutes, then headed over to pick up. We walked in, restaurant was empty, and paid our bill to 3 young ladies behind the counter--were told it wasn't quite ready yet, please give 5 min. We sat there for 10 min, hearing the young ladies' personal business. We told them we would be back in 5 min. Waited in the car. Went back in 3 times. Finally it's ready (30 min after we arrived.) Get home & one entree is missing! Call them & they apologize "our printer ran out of paper & you left before we could give you the whole order." Asked if they could deliver it & they said it would be over an hour!! After I asked to speak with manager, they explained there was no manager, but they could bring it right away & give a discount & dessert. Really??
  
  After many previous orders being wrong &/or late, we decided tonight to give them "another chance" after not going for quite a time. NEVER AGAIN!

  This place has always been our go-to delivery spot but the last two orders have been completely disappointing, leaving us wondering what our take out future holds. I'm not sure if a recent chef change occurred or what, but our orders twice now have been completely underdone, soggy, and overall lacking flavor. We ordered rice balls - a staple in this household. Expecting glorious fluffy pillows of rice and cheese fried delightfully golden brown, we were completely shocked and dismayed in what we actually received - little balls of mush covered in a breading that disintegrated upon touch all while combined with a surprisingly bland greasy sauce.
  
  We both ordered soup as I had been recovering from oral surgery and required some easy eating. The soups were fine enough, as they usually have been. I got chicken noodle - filled with lots of moist, fresh chicken. The only problem, as already established, was the texture. The noodles were again completely soft and mushy. Very off putting in an otherwise flavorful soup. My partner got the pasta fagioli which she seemed pretty content with. More of a win, but still somewhat inconsistent.
  
  The cannolis, however, were completely inedible. Keeping on with our theme of the night, they were a pile of underwhelming mush. The flavor was lacking, and the shell had a stale texture to it. Worse yet, the delivery driver didn't show much care (I'm assuming, at least), as we received them completely annihilated - extremely disappointing.
  
  Still willing to give them three stars based off of previous experiences as we have so many wonderful memories of some truly fantastic food. I hope they get their act together. We have been ordering from them for years, so it would be quite a letdown if we had to say goodbye based off of our recent questionable orders. Please, figure out your texture problems. Soft and mushy is just not appealing.

  One of the few places that you can get a solid Sicilian pie and the white pie (usually add garlic and tomato) is hands down best I've ever had....I love their red sauce and always get extra on pizza... it's good on pasta/chicken parm as well....entrees come with triangle bread...yum!!!  If you like ricotta add it to anything and you will be thankful.

  Ordered food at 6:19 on Grubhub... it is now 8:30 and food has not shown up yet, called the restaurant, they said on the way and that was 25 minutes ago... I live 10 minutes away... order took 2 hours and 20 minutes to arrive... very poor service from Gencarelli's and Grubhub
